So you believe you're prepared to start your new network marketing business and you've done your homework. Then when someone talks with you about the compensation plan they mention the term mlm binary and you scratch your head - what does this mean?
You are not the only one. Network marketing compensation plans look like they were written by maths PhD's and appear to be surprisingly complicated. Though on the surface they may look difficult, but if you sit down with somebody who knows about them they are easy to figure out.
MLM Binary Compensation Plan Explained
As everyone knows binary means two. So in this plan everything comprises of 2. When you begin your new business part of that business will be to find other folks who will wish to join your opportunity, and you may go out and find those two folks initially.
You sign them up and place them on what's called your front line. Your private line of funding and, because you are working a MLM binary program, you and everyone else in the business is only permitted to have up to 2 people on their front line. Two. Only 2.
So now you have recruited two others into your front line, let's call them Dick and Jane. If they follow the plan Dick and Jane can then go out and sponsor 2 more folks and so it goes on, and everybody gets rich and achieves their goals. Unfortunately Dick and Jane won't be especially effective at MLM marketing and this occurs a lot .
So now you have got to go and find some new folks to replace them, but you cannot substitute Mary and Jane with your new recruits they have to be placed under either Mary or Jane or one induct under each. It's your decision.
Now what's Binary Spillover?
When you dropped your new recruits into the downlines of Fred and Mary, they received upline spillover. To paraphrase, you have helped them build one side of their business based on your efforts. And this is one of the massive benefits of the MLM binary compensation plan - the concept, if you've got an active upline, they might essentially help you build half your business.
The challenge is you will still have to sponsor and induct a fair number of folk and place them on the other side of your business to "balance" the 2 legs because most plans only pay a commission when the product volumes balance. So while you might enjoy some enormous spillover - you will only get paid when you also add new folk to your business.
So though you believed you were ready to start your business this is another side that you should look at. It isn't a question of MLM binary being the right system for you, the question is how are you going to market your business to build your downline? You've got to have a plan to pimp your products and also your opportunity to others to build your business.
What type of budget do you have for advertising and marketing? Have you considered employing a lead generation system, which by the use of attraction selling should help to explode your business.
How will you convince people you are the upline leader they are on the lookout for to help them reach their dreams and goals? These are the most important questions, truly, because if anyone has made money thru a mlm binary program ( and many have ) then it is not the comp plan that is in question. The issue is, what will you do to build your business?
